Product Information: Usually, there are two types of electrode, Ignition electrodes and flame sensing electrodes. The Ignition electrode causes the spark that starts off combustion. The flame sensing electrodes are responsible for monitoring whether there is a flame present in the burner. This is an important safety device that makes sure the boiler isn't still supplying gas without a flame.

This part is present in 12 different boilers on our system including the ECOFLAM BLU 170 AB GAS BURNER, ECOFLAM BLU 170 AB MULTIBLOCK GAS BURNER, ECOFLAM BLU 170 GAS BURNER, ECOFLAM BLU 170 MULTIBLOCK GAS BURNER and the ECOFLAM BLU 250 AB GAS BURNER.
