Product Information: The condensate trap captures the discharge which gathers in the primary heating/cooling system. This is caused by the changes in the pressure and temperature within those systems. A discharge pipe attached to the condensate trap then allows any held water passage out of the property. The water contained within the condensate trap can contain mild levels of acid due to carbon dioxide formed by the combustion process dissolving in the water. As this water would damage a metal pipe over time discharge pipes are usually made from plastic.

This part is present in 58 different boilers in the Baxi range including the Baxi ENVOY 30 , ENVOY 40 , ENVOY 50 , ENVOY 60 , ENVOY 80 .
